The purpose of the Friends’ committee is to:

 

·    Foster a co-operative relationship between parents, teachers and the school administration.

·    Organise a variety of events and activities throughout the year to raise funds for the school. These funds will be used to purchase equipment, resources and support school projects, to benefit our children’s learning and development.

·    Support the school in providing a quality education.

·    Represent the views of parents and students to the school administration and the Board of Governors in relation to how funds are raised and spent.

·    Set the Annual Fundraising Plan (AFP) at the start of each academic year. The AFP will include the fundraising target (£) for the year, and the indicative % split of funding between enrichment activities and core school provisions.
